We want every Kiggle order to be a great experience. Here's everything you need to know about returns and exchanges.

Return window

You can raise a return or exchange request within 14 days of delivery. For defective or incorrect items, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos.

Size exchanges

We offer one free size exchange per order — Kiggle covers the courier cost both ways. The replacement will be shipped once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds

A reverse logistics fee of ₹199 applies to all returns. If you paid a shipping fee at the time of purchase, that amount will be adjusted against the ₹199 — so you'll only be charged the difference.

• Prepaid orders: Refunded to your original payment method within 2–3 business days of us receiving the item.
• COD orders: Refunded as store credit within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item. Store credit is valid for 180 days.

Return conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags and freebies intact. Returns that don't meet these conditions will not be processed.

Clearance & Sale items

All clearance and sale items are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted on clearance products. Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about sizing, write to us at hello@kiggle.shop before purchasing.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return policy applies.

Store credit

Store credit is valid for 180 days and can be used on any order. Purchases made using store credit are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.
