Founded by three friends, Kiggle is committed to quality, comfort, and aesthetics in every outfit. We focus on inclusivity without gender labels, logos, or slogans. Our designs let every child feel free to be themselves. At Kiggle, we believe kids should feel confident, colourful, and comfortable. We’re here to celebrate kids just being kids.

3. What are Kiggle’s sustainability practices?

As parents, we are deeply invested in the future our children will inherit. That’s why we exclusively use organic fabrics and ensure that all our garments are produced using Earth-Mint technology and GOTS-certified facilities. Additionally, we choose plastic-free packaging because we believe in doing our part to protect the planet.

4. What is Earth-Mint Technology and GOTS?

• Earth-Mint Technology is a sustainable fabric treatment that infuses clothes with natural peppermint oil, giving them antibacterial properties. This process reduces water usage and ensures the fabric stays fresh, soft, and gentle on the skin. At Kiggle, we exclusively use azo-free dyes and 100% organic cotton, making our garments safe, sustainable, and kind to the environment.

• A GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certification ensures fabrics are made with at least 70% organic fibres, following strict sustainable and ethical practices. This means that clothes are safe for kids and kind to the planet.

5. How do you ensure quality?

Our approach is simple: if we wouldn’t dress our own kids in it, we wouldn’t sell it. Each Kiggle garment is crafted to meet the highest quality standards. We take pride in the fact that many of our customers discover us through hand-me-downs, which speaks volumes about how well our clothes stand the test of time.

1. Why don't you have boys' and girls' sections?

Because clothes don't have genders—and neither do colours! From the beginning, we have designed all our styles to be for every child. We believe in giving kids the freedom to choose what they like. As we continue to grow, we'll be expanding our collection to include more options, such as dresses and PJs, so stay tuned!

2. Why do you offer limited colours in solid options?

We believe in keeping things simple (because parenting is already challenging enough, right?). Instead of following fast-changing trends, we focus on classic, everyday colours that suit all kids. 3. Do your clothes shrink?

Our clothes are pre-washed to prevent any shrinkage surprises! However, since most of our garments are made from 100% organic cotton, we recommend washing them in cold water and drying them in the shade to keep them looking fresh and in great shape.

5. What if the item I want is out of stock?

At the moment, our focus is on creating the best clothing for kids. However, we do have plans to expand into adult wear, including maternity clothes for moms-to-be and nursing mothers. So, stay tuned for exciting updates!

It’s simple—our aim is to make high-quality, sustainable clothing accessible to every child. We avoid flashy marketing and extensive margins, focusing instead on the essentials that provide great value. By keeping things straightforward, we’re able to pass those savings on to you.

2. Do you offer promos or discounts?

Yes, absolutely! Sign up for our emails or texts, and you'll be the first to hear about our exclusive offers. Plus, when you purchase 3 or 5 items from the same collection, we automatically apply a discount—no codes needed.

1. To which locations do you provide shipping?

We currently provide PAN India shipping. Whether in a bustling city or a cosy town, you can expect a seamless delivery with us.

2. How much do you charge for shipping?

For orders under ₹899, we charge a flat fee of ₹99. However, if your order totals ₹ 899 or more, shipping is on us! Just a heads up: if you return an item and your order drops below ₹ 899, the shipping fee will apply.

3. When should I expect my order to be dispatched?

We typically dispatch orders within 1-2 business days after receiving them. It may take a bit longer during festive seasons, but we'll keep you updated every step of the way.
