Kiggle is an organic baby clothing store in India. We offer GOTS certified organic cotton clothes for children that is safe, comfortable and breathable.
At Kiggle, we strive to provide a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Please review our return and refund policy carefully:
1. For COD Orders
COD orders under Rs 900 (Free shipping for orders over Rs 900, i.e. Rs 901) A flat fee of Rs 120 will be charged and the balance will be given as store credit*.
COD orders over Rs 900 A flat fee of Rs 199 will be charged and the balance will be given as store credit*.
(Store credit explained below)
2. For Prepaid orders
For customers who choose Store Credit as an option, full order product amount will be credited to their Store Credit account
For customers who wishes to have their amount credited back to their bank account - A flat fee of Rs 199 will be charged and the balance will be returned to their account
3. Store Credit Policy
When a customer wants to use their store credit to purchase anything on the website, these products are not eligible for exchange or return. The store credit will be exhausted as once, and if there is any balance amount that needs to be paid, the customer can choose to pay online only.
Any balance Store Credit will be reduced to 0. Store credit will have a validity of 180 days since the time the customer is credited this amount. Beyond this period, store credits will be removed from the account.
4. Order Cancellations and Returns
- Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order any time before it has been shipped.
- Return Eligibility: Once your order has been shipped, it is eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
- Return Request: Can be made only once per order.
(Please note that certain items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges due to maintain hygiene conditions. Please refer to individual product pages for such a mention.)
5. Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact, including any freebies received.
- For defective items, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with images of the defect for prompt assistance.
6. Shipping Charges Adjustment
- If a return brings the order value below ₹900 (the free shipping threshold), a ₹99 shipping charge will be applied. This charge will be deducted from the refund, and the balance amount will be credited to your account.
7. Rights Reserved
- Kiggle reserves the right to make final decisions on returns, refunds, and cancellations at its discretion. All policies are subject to review and change by the Kiggle team without prior notice.
